How to Install CoPilot and Office 365 Apps

Step 1. Open the Microsoft Office 365 App Launcher

  1. Log into your Howard University Outlook email.
  2. click the App Launcher
Click more apps

 

Step 2.

After clicking the App Launcher:

  1. A menu of Microsoft applications will appear.
  2. Click More apps.
Install Apps

Step 3. The Microsoft 365 Apps page will open.

Here you can access Microsoft applications including:

  • Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, 

    Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint

Step 4. Install Microsoft Office Apps

In the upper-right corner of the Apps page:

       1.  Click Install apps.

 

Install Desktop or Mobile

Step 5. Choose What to Install

Select Install apps.

How to Install SAS and SPSS Softwares

Go to Sharepoint

Step 1. Open SharePoint

From the Microsoft 365 App Launcher:

  1. Click SharePoint.
Go to Sharepoint Software Distribution

Step 2. Open the Software Distribution Site

Once SharePoint opens:

  1. Locate the HUTM–Software Distribution site 
  2. Click the HUTM–Software Distribution tile.
Access SAS and SPSS

Step 3. Download SAS or SPSS

The Software Distribution page contains software 

  1. Scroll through the Software Downloads.
  2. Click the SAS folder to access SAS installation files.
  3. Click the SPSS folder to access SPSS installation files.
