Program Overview

The Department of Psychiatry holds bi-weekly Grand Rounds with faculty, resident, and other invited speakers. Journal clubs are used to review new literature so that improved and up to date practices are implemented. Several faculty use case-based and team-based teaching styles to encourage discussions and implement evidence-based medicine.

We also emphasize residents’ roles as contributors and educators.
